You are invited you to a session of several short guided meditations designed for Beginners and Non-Beginners. Super experienced instructor Natalie will cover how to prepare for meditation, breathing exercises and then take us on a journey to the inner world to get in touch with ourselves and our essence. There will also be time for questions and sharing.
The practice of meditation provides the following results:

I was introduced to meditation by a Tibetan Lama more than thirty years ago. Since then, I have learned different kinds of meditation from Masters in every place I have lived including my native country of Russia, Rochester, NY, London, UK and now for the last 3 years in California. I would like to share my experience with you.
