Hot Yoga 1000 held its first 30-day Hatha Yoga Challenge from 27 April to 26 May 2015.
The 30-day Hatha Yoga Challenge is an individually transformative process that involves the following:
- Practice Hatha Yoga for at least 90 minutes a day for 30 consecutive days.
- You must practice in an environmentally controlled environment or matching facility where the temperature is 105 degrees Fahrenheit with a relative humidity of 38-40%.
- Monitor sleep/wake cycle(s), along with body metrics like dimensions, weight, height, spinal length changes, body fat content, and blood pressure.
All participants that complete the challenge experience, at a minimum, phenomenal changes in body measurements, pain eradication, cardiovascular capacity, strength, range of motion, emotional energy, stress release and stress relief.
They also receive certificates of completion and multiple FREE follow-on Hatha Yoga classes.
