Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga using the methods and principles from your regular 26-n-2 practice, with some modifications, pay HUGE benefits in preparing for pregnancy, during pregnancy, and after delivery.

Prenatal Yoga using the techniques from your regular practice at Hot Yoga 1000 can also help you prepare for labor and promote your baby’s health while also strengthening your body and enhancing your ability to rebuild your abdominal strength and overall tone once delivery is complete.

Even though she is nursing a child, she still finds time to teach Pre- and Postnatal Hatha Yoga classes using the techniques from our 26-n-2 system. She not only has the experience of teaching this method while pregnant, she continued her personal Yoga practice while pregnant and still does to this day.
